• Bias family to call all schools and get list of 5 students per school by October 22nd.

  • No duplicates from last year

• Contact Families​​ (October 25th - 27th)

  • Divide between leadership​ (optional)

    • We will give everyone a template with what info we need to receive, and what we need to say

    • If you don't feel comfortable then that's okay!

  • MUST BE TURNED IN BY NOVEMBER 9TH

• This year instead of handing out paper we will use signup.com like we did for Easter.

  • We will have this loaded by November 13th​

• Marketing Campaign will start Monday November 15th.

  • Must share​

  • Get as any people as you can to share

• Call people from last year that gave to see if they can help again this year, and if needed reach out to businesses for help.

• All gifts must be turned in UNWRAPPED by December 1st 

  • Gifts will be dropped off at the Bias House, or the Lions Den​

  • If any gifts remain unpurchased, HPP will purchase by December 5th

• WRAPPING PARTY DECEMBER 9TH @ 6PM

  • If needed we will also have another wrapping party December 10th.​

• Deliver all gifts between December 17th - 20th
